Distinctive Image Workwear do not refund for change of mind. This applies to online orders and in-store purchases. We will gladly exchange or provide a store credit.

Conditions of Return

  1. All decorated items (i.e. items that have been branded or personalised using our decoration services) cannot be returned due to change of mind.
  2. Items must be unused.
  3. Items must be in original condition.
  4. All tags must be attached.
  5. Items must be in original packaging.
  6. For footwear, the box forms part of the product and must be returned in its original condition. It cannot be returned with any postage labels or writing on the box.
  7. For sanitary reasons, underwear cannot be returned for any other reason other than a manufacturing defect.

Returning Items Purchased Online - Decorated Items Excluded

Please note, returns for online purchases are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Claims must be processed and posted within 30 days of receipt of your item.

  2. Once your return has been approved, please post your items to Distinctive Image - Returns, 7/31 Brabyn Street Windsor NSW 2756. Postage of the return is the responsibility of the person or Company returning the items.
  3. Your credit or exchange will be fulfilled once your items have arrived to our warehouse and condition is inspected.

Returning Items Purchased In-Store - Decorated Items Excluded

  2. Claims must be made within 30 days of your invoice.

Faulty Products

In the rare circumstances that your items have a defect, please return the item to our store or email photos to sales@distinctiveimage.com.au with as much detail as possible. We will assess your item and consult the supplier/manufacturer. If the items are deemed to be faulty, we will instruct you to return the item to us. Depending on the nature of the fault, Distinctive Image Workwear will arrange a repair, exchange or refund.

We are confident that you will love your purchases as much as we do! We know that on occassion, something may not be quite right and we are here to help.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us via email to XXXX

In the event of an exchange, return shipping will be at the buyers expense. The Wildflower Effect holds no responsibility for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit. All returns must meet the following conditions; 

  • Item must be unused, unwashed an unaltered
  • Item must be returned in their original packaging
  • Item must be packaged with care to avoid damage in transit
  • Item must be sent via registered or trackable post

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery or beauty items.

SALE ITEMS: All purchases on sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty items

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us via XXXX within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description and a photo if possible. 

Once your item has  been returned and inspected, we will be in touch with the next steps - whether that be repair, replacement or refund.
